A former teacher and member of the States (2008-12), I have been involved with RSEA since 2014 (Chair 2014-17, President 2017-22). In addition, I have many years of experience representing teachers and lecturers in pay and conditions of service negotiations and was involved in the 2015/16 review of the PSPS. I currently also chair the Guernsey Fairtrade Steering Group but, for all that, I’m probably still better known as part of a team that runs local charity quizzes.
